Stoic Resilience coaching is a type of coaching that focuses on developing and strengthening an individual’s resilience skills and abilities. My resilience coaching aims to help my clients build their capacity to cope with adversity, manage stress, and bounce back from setbacks.
Stoic Resilience coaching is beneficial for individuals experiencing significant life changes, such as job loss, divorce, or health issues, as well as for those facing ongoing stress and challenges in their personal or professional lives.
